Your appointments are very important to me and is reserved especially for you. As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out one week, 3 days and 24 hours either by text, email or both. I understand that sometimes schedules change and adjustments are necessary; therefore I respectfully request 48 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance or no show you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service amount. 24 hours or less 100% Thank you for your understanding and respecting my time.
